Le Temps des Papillons (LTP), France's leading bridal couture house, needed a Salesforce CRM to manage 2 million accounts and integrate 3 carriers with distinct interfaces. Marie Dupont (delivery tracking) and Sébastien Nozerac (sales team) led the project client-side. Mission: design the complete architecture — UML data model, security matrix, import strategy and integration plan — before any development began.
